#1 Distributor Inventory Tracker Software and App
With SalesTrendz, when you raise an invoice and supply stock to the distributors, a GRN (goods receipt note) is generated as soon as the goods are received by the distributors. The goods received get automatically added to the inventory of the distributor and when the distributor supplies the orders, his inventory gets reduced. By implementing SalesTrendz, the companies can have real-time access to the inventory of each distributor and push more supplies as and when the inventory levels fall below the expected levels.
Stock Take at Supplier End
A company manufactures some products and supplies them to the distributor/supplier (here: supplier type), a GRN is generated and the stock is updated, increasing the distributor’s inventory. This is reflected on the activity screen with a pop up notifying about the stock update. The distributor now has his inventory upgraded/increased, further when his products are sold, it is easily seen by the admin/super admin. As the super admin/admin is able to view the inventory level present at the distributor’s end, there is no chance for the distributor to fake about his inventory being unsold.
Stock Take at Customer End
With stock take activity, a user is able to know the stock availability at a customer location
With stock take activity, a user is able to know the stock availability at a customer location.
When a customer books an order from the distributor, the distributor supplies him with the stock and an invoice is also generated, hence decreasing the stock at the distributor’s inventory. The retailer’s stock is updated and he can carry out the supply further.
This secondary sales process is visible to the admin/super admin, retailer, and distributor.
The complete visibility of the sales process helps the admin to know the status and more importantly demand of those products.
Distributor Inventory Tracker
Knowing the visibility of the distributor’s inventory is essential for the customer as well as a salesman to perform the order booking process. After a company supplies new stock to the distributor/ supplier, a GRN is produced and the stock at the distributor’s end is increased.
It is said to be a distributor tracker because when a salesman visits a customer, he checks the stock present in the inventory and then book an order for the customer. By implementing SalesTrendz, the companies can have real-time access to the inventory of each distributor and push more supplies as and when the inventory levels fall below the expected levels.
